When we talk about food and food excellencies in Tuscany, we must necessarily also include wine; in fact, this millennial drink is, in our culture, associated with the meal: food and wine as a unique tasting experience. A "gourmet" tasting is the perfect opportunity to learn about the history of the product, from its origins to the present day and the evolution of the concept of taste over the centuries. Telling the history of Florence through food (and wine) to offer added value to what we find today on our tables. The "gourmet" formula consists in presenting the traditional Tuscan food in an innovative context and revisited by individual chefs.
